Each line gives the share of buildings using that energy, separately for heating and for hot water. The two columns do not always reach 100%: some buildings combine two systems, or reported none.

Renovations, heritage and volumes
For your renovation plans in Versoix, the official building register data provides limited insights due to partial coverage. Information regarding heritage protection status and the year of renovation is not currently recorded. Furthermore, building volume data, measured under the SIA 416 standard, lacks specific median values to guide your project scale. Given the absence of these figures, it is essential to contact the municipality directly. Engaging with local authorities early is the best way to obtain the precise technical details required for planning heating or insulation works and ensuring your renovation cost estimates are accurate.

Rules of the canton of Geneva
These rules apply across the whole canton, not only in this town.
Fossil heating rules
In force since : 1er juin 2020
