Renovations, heritage and volumes

When planning renovations in La Grande Béroche, the RegBL figures provide vital context. With 25 buildings identified under heritage protection, it is essential to contact the municipality early to navigate permit requirements. The median house volume is 740 m3, helping you gauge the scale of necessary heating or insulation upgrades. Please note that data coverage is partial; the volume is only measured for 43 buildings, and no records for renovation years are currently available in the register. Rules of the canton of Neuchâtel

These rules apply across the whole canton, not only in this town.

Fossil heating rules

  • In force since : 1er mai 2021
